This website was not built with a graphical website builder service, instead it relies on a server-side Python web framework called Django, a markdown language called HTML, and a style sheet language called SCSS. Because of the collaborative nature of the project, code is publicly provided to anyone who wishes to view or modify it, this concept is termed open source software.
